With nearly 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Rory O’Connell has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the country’s most notable chefs, including Chef Marc Orfaly of Pigalle and Brian Cannipelli of Asheville’s Cucina24. After moving to Nashville in 2015, O’Connell joined the Husk team as a server and later joined the management team in 2016. Having worked multiple positions within the restaurant, O’Connell brings a fresh perspective and understanding of the unique challenges and day to day operations. Utilizing this strong foundation, O’Connell is responsible for ensuring that every member of the staff is able to succeed through training, educational opportunities and management support. In addition to overseeing the team, O’Connell looks to ensure that Husk Nashville continues as a leading influence in the local culinary scene, as well as an international dining destination by creating unforgettable experiences through food, service and ambience.
