Husk Greenville, opening October 2017 by the Neighborhood Dining Group and Chef Sean Brock, will highlight the unique ingredients of upstate South Carolina. Located on S. Main Street in burgeoning downtown Greenville, Husk will celebrate the bounty of the area with local Southern fare in a historic atmosphere. The cuisine of Husk Greenville will uphold Chef Brock’s strictly Southern philosophy – working with local farmers and purveyors for a menu of exclusively Southern-grown ingredients. Tried-and-true techniques of seed-saving, heirloom husbandry, in-house pickling and charcuterie programs by the culinary team are the basis of Husk’s offerings with a menu that changes twice daily.

HUSK Savannah

Husk Savannah, opening December 2017 by the Neighborhood Dining Group and Chef Sean Brock, will highlight the unique ingredients of coastal Georgia. Located on W. Oglethorpe St. in the heart of Savannah’s Landmark Historic District, the restaurant is situated on what is known to be one of the most haunted blocks in the city. Originally built in 1898, the building has a vibrant history and plenty of (ghost) stories to share. The cuisine of Husk Savannah will uphold Chef Brock’s strictly Southern philosophy – working with local farmers and purveyors for a menu of exclusively Southern-grown ingredients.
